Caramel
On one fine Sunday, after having lunch with my beloved family, I decided to cook a caramel. And so I did. Here are some pictures of the sweet caramel.
RLina's CARAMEL
(A)
3/4 cup of sugar (caramelised)
-put into a 7" rounded mould
-Leave it and proceed to..
(B)
7 eggs (grade B)
1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 canned evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
3/4 cup of water
-Mix all the ingredients (B) altogether in a big bowl.
-Beat well until the sugar dissolves.
-Sieve and pour into A.
-Steam for 30 minutes.
-Put aside at a room tempreture to let it cool slightly.
-Chill for 30 mins before serving
-Unmould and put it on a platter. To decorate ur caramel , u can deco with desired canned food.
E.g. peach, mixed fruits,pineapple etc.
:)))) Finally, you're caramel is ready to be served!!
