CUPCAKES BY SARA

After learning from Chomel's the other day, my youngest daughter, Sara decided to bake cupcakes.  She wanted to give to Aisya a surprise. Alhamdulillah the cupcakes turned out to be very nice for a start !!!! I was very pleased with the outcome of the baking. It was tasty and splendid to our taste.**smiles!!!**.  Before this, she already baked and decorated the Rainbow Cake and Rainbow Cupcakes. She also good at moulding Oreo Chocolates and Chocolate Praline.  I have to give a lot of credit for her concerted effort !!!!  The followings are some of the shots taken for viewing the Cupcakes by Sara for RLina's Delicacies.

CHOC MUD BROWNIES

Hello cake lovers, last week I gave some samples of Choc Brownies to Aisya together with her order of Tiramisu Cheesecake and she responded that the samples of Choc Brownies and the Tiramisu Cheesecake were delicious!!!! *smiles* :) We thanked her for her positive remarks and support. Subsequently, she ordered Choc Brownie for her beloved little sister's Birthday on Thursday, 29th July 2010.  So, I baked the Choc Brownie as seen above.  The followings are the shots taken for the baking and the decoration made by my youngest daughter, Saraa for the finishing touches to produce the final 12"x12" Choc Mud Brownie.  I named it RLina's Choc Mud Brownie.

This was my second Choc Brownie baked in the month of July 2010 and it seemed that everything went well and great may be because I had the right recipe and I did it right. Alhamdulillah I managed to bake a 12"x12' Choc Brownie for my first try. Saraa decorated the Choc Brownie and generously topped it up with  rich Choc Ganache and large edible image of Dora the Explorer as requested by Aisya.  Saraa added some small edible prints or image of Dora the Explorer on the top end of the cake and another 3 (three) Choc Praline at the bottom.   We hope Aisya's little sister would enjoy the Choc Mud Brownie with her friends in school.  Happy 9th Birthday and love from RLina's Delicacies. Cupcakes & Baked Cheesecakes

The followings are some samples of cupcakes which me and my daughter learned to bake at a class last Sunday at Chomel's.  

Among other cakes, I also managed to bake Baked Cheesecake as I told you earlier as shown by the samples below.

My daughter is posing with the Baked.Cheesecake ready to serve although today she is fasting. Still she managed to give us a smile. He he he he !!!!!.

In about 2 (two) weeks time, the Muslims are going to celebrate the holy Ramadhan month and followed by Eid Mubarak  We wish you  "Happy fasting" before we celebrate Eid Mubarak and may Allah swt bless us all.

Moist Chocolate Cake With Ganache Topping

Hello cake lovers, I recently baked Moist Chocolate Cake with Ganache topping.  The followings are the shots taken for your viewing.

Last Friday, there was a gathering or reunion of my husband friends and colleagues  to welcome the holy Ramadhan month, I baked the Moist Chocolate Cake and topped it up with Ganache topping for the occasion.  

On Saturday, I baked Brownie for the Staroba '68 Batch Reunion and gathering as shown below.

 

On the same Saturday, I managed to bake Tiramisu Cake ordered by my youngest daughter's friend, Aisya for her mother's Birthday party.  TQVM Aisya and I'm looking forward to your next order.  I must thank my youngest daughter, Saraa, who has done a good job on the icing decoration of the cake.

On Sunday my youngest daughter and me went for a cupcake class to polish our knowledge and skills on cupcake baking and decoration at Chomel's. We really learned a lot of techniques on the baking and decoration of the cupcake. TQVM Zuhaida for being a good teacher.
