CHOC MUD BROWNIES

Hello cake lovers, last week I gave some samples of Choc Brownies to Aisya together with her order of Tiramisu Cheesecake and she responded that the samples of Choc Brownies and the Tiramisu Cheesecake were delicious!!!! *smiles* :) We thanked her for her positive remarks and support. Subsequently, she ordered Choc Brownie for her beloved little sister's Birthday on Thursday, 29th July 2010.  So, I baked the Choc Brownie as seen above.  The followings are the shots taken for the baking and the decoration made by my youngest daughter, Saraa for the finishing touches to produce the final 12"x12" Choc Mud Brownie.  I named it RLina's Choc Mud Brownie.

This was my second Choc Brownie baked in the month of July 2010 and it seemed that everything went well and great may be because I had the right recipe and I did it right. Alhamdulillah I managed to bake a 12"x12' Choc Brownie for my first try. Saraa decorated the Choc Brownie and generously topped it up with  rich Choc Ganache and large edible image of Dora the Explorer as requested by Aisya.  Saraa added some small edible prints or image of Dora the Explorer on the top end of the cake and another 3 (three) Choc Praline at the bottom.   We hope Aisya's little sister would enjoy the Choc Mud Brownie with her friends in school.  Happy 9th Birthday and love from RLina's Delicacies.
